The fluid bed processor allow you to dry, granulate and coat more efficiently with one and the same product container. With an ideal air distribution and an efficient filter system, you can achieve maximum drying efficiency at minimum product losses. Heat transfer and drying are more homogenous and faster, with a high flexibility in batch size. Through the uniform fluidization and the nozzles positioned in the bottom, a perfect liquid distribution is obtained, creating granules with a unimodal particle size distribution. The same set-up can be used for pellet and particle coating resulting in much faster and more homogenous layering.
Working principleUnder the action of the induced draft fan, the purified, dehumidified and heated air passes through the distribution plate at the bottom of the fluidized bed to blow the material into a fluidized state, increasing the contact between the material and the air so that the material is quickly and gently dried;The binder sprayed on the top makes the powder material aggregate into granules through a liquid bridge; the coating solution is sprayed from the bottom of the fluidized bed onto the surface of the pellet core through the bottom spray for coating and drying. The powder material is made into strong pellets through the side spray adhesive liquid combined with the centrifugal movement of the turntable.
