The tablet counting machine is specialized for counting the products of medicine, health care, food, agricultural chemicals, chemical engineering and so on. For example: tablets, coated tablets, soft/hard capsules. The tablet counting machine can be used alone as well as with other machines produced by our company to form a complete producing line.

The tablet counting machine is composed of main machine, two-layer vibrator mechanism, photoelectric counting system, cylinder and electromagnetic valve system, controlling box, conveyor, sensors and so on. Users are able to control the whole working process of the machine through user interface. High speed PLC system controls the whole process including counting, filling into bottle and monitoring. The tablet counting machine counts precisely, quickly on both common capsules and transparent ones (of weird shapes).

The tablet counting machine is linked with speed-regulating bottle-feeder, bottle scrambler, high speed bottle scrambler, Automatic Paper Inserter, Automatic Cotton Inserter, Desiccant Inserter, Automatic capper, electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealer and labeling machine which can form a complete set of producing line for packing plastic and glass bottles.

Function
1.The tablet counting machine can be connected to a vacuum cleaner, and it can work stably in the case of high dust；
2. Rejection function for many grains or missing grains, these unqualified products exist be rejected automatically (option)
3.Two-stage or three-stage oscillation can be selected according to the granules to ensure that different granules can be delivered quickly；
4.The vibrating blanking and the unique flap sub-packaging mechanism don't damage the medicine；
5.High intelligent, with multiple detection and alarm control functions such as no bottle, no fault self-check, etc.
