Fully automatic filling machine for the application of light liquid filling into plastic or glass bottles. The automatic filling machine is composed by a conveyor, SS316L volumetric piston pump, top-bottom filling nozzles, liquid buffer tank and bottle indexing system. The bottle loading/unloading through loading/unloading turntable or directly from an production line.

Feature:

1.The automatic filling machine is bottom-up fill control, prevent the occurrence of foaming.

2.Different bottle index device e.g. worm conveyor, pneumatic finger, index wheel to fit to different kinds of bottles.

3.The automatic filling machine adopt SS316 piston pump drive by servo motor system, stable and precision.

4.The automatic filling machine set the filling volume in HMI, easy changeover size.
